Filtration Testing
FESA provides the fastest and most accurate solutions to your filtration problems using its pilot- and laboratory-scale testing equipment. As a result of these tests, we determine the most suitable type of filtration for your new or existing plants and ensure uninterrupted operation of your filtration units by selecting and sizing equipment and filter media with maximum precision.
Maelgwyn Imhoflot Pneumatic Flotation and Maelgwyn Aachen Reactor Leach Testing
FESA, together with Argetest—Turkey’s leading ore beneficiation laboratory—performs pneumatic flotation and gold & silver leach tests. The main goal of Imhoflot flotation tests is to recover fine-ground ore before it becomes waste and to increase concentrate grades. Additionally, the flotation kinetics are accelerated to reduce the necessary flotation volume and plant footprint. Following these tests, a plant-scale flotation system is designed. Through Aachen Reactor tests, we work on increasing efficiency, reducing CN consumption, and shortening leach time in gold and silver tank leach facilities, and design plant-scale reactors based on the test results.
